These Terms govern your use of Ziply, which is operated by Capital Trans Group. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Service
Ziply provides browser-based image compression and conversion with optional subscription features. Output quality, speed, and format compatibility vary by browser, device, encoder build, settings, and source image.
Your content
You retain rights to your images and are responsible for having permission to process them. The compressor processes selected images locally and does not grant Ziply a license to store or redistribute them. Keep original copies and verify every result before replacing or publishing source material.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the application, bypass subscription controls, abuse advertising systems, or attempt unauthorized access to associated infrastructure.
Do not use Ziply to create, alter, compress, convert, or otherwise process images in violation of applicable national or federal, state or provincial, or local law. Prohibited use includes processing images that contain child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other unlawful sexual exploitation of minors; depict or promote unlawful violence, threats, coercion, or animal abuse; promote or facilitate terrorism; or constitute unlawful hate speech or incitement to discrimination, hostility, or violence.
Premium subscriptions
Ziply Premium is offered for $5.95 per month or $49.95 per year in USD. Both intervals provide the same Premium features and renew automatically until canceled. The annual option is approximately $4.16 per month when billed annually and saves 30% compared with twelve monthly payments. Any tax applied to your purchase is shown before you confirm Stripe Checkout. Ziply does not currently offer promotion codes.
Before Checkout, you must save the account recovery code shown by Ziply. The code is a bearer credential: anyone with it can access the associated account. Ziply stores only a one-way keyed value and cannot reveal a lost code. You are responsible for keeping a private copy and rotating it if it may have been exposed.
Cancellation, billing changes, and refunds
You may cancel renewal or manage an eligible plan change through the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and Premium access remains available through that period. The Checkout and Portal surfaces disclose applicable proration before a monthly or annual change is confirmed. Premium access may take a short period to reflect after payment or signed webhook delivery.
Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. This policy does not limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Contact support@ziplyapp.io if you believe a legally required refund applies.
Safety limits
Premium removes Ziply's commercial batch limits, not browser or device safety limits. Ziply may stop or reject work that exceeds safe image dimensions, pixel counts, memory, concurrency, or local export capacity.
No warranty
The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Ziply does not guarantee a particular compression ratio, processing duration, browser capability, or uninterrupted control-plane availability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Capital Trans Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence remain unaffected.
Changes
Features, prices, and these terms may change prospectively. Material changes will be communicated through the site or verified account channel where legally required.
